01 — Shipping

From order to delivery

Orders are shipped within 5 to 10 working days after payment is received. This lead time covers the preparation and dispatch of the ordered items.

The order is processed once payment is confirmed.

Shipment by UPS or an equivalent carrier.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent by email when dispatched.

Parcel handover: delivery is without signature by default. Delivery with signature is available on request and involves additional charges.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges include preparation, packaging and transport. Preparation charges are fixed; transport costs vary according to the total parcel weight.

Item protection

Items are carefully packed in boxes suitable for their dimensions in order to protect them during transport.

Ordering tip: group your items into a single order wherever possible. Shipping charges apply to each separate order.

03 — Returns

Defective or non-compliant item

A return is accepted within 14 days after receipt for any product that is defective or does not comply with the order.

They are paid by the customer, except in the event of an error on our part.

Approval required

Any return without prior approval will not be accepted.
