MANUFACTURING TOLERANCES

These tolerances apply to all sheet metal bent parts manufactured by SuissePliage.ch, for sheet thicknesses up to 6 mm, unless specific details are stated at time of order.

The values below correspond to the standard tolerances of building sheet metalwork and the normal constraints of industrial manufacturing (bending, springback, material flatness, painting batches). These tolerances do not constitute a manufacturing defect.

Article 04

MATERIAL-SPECIFIC CHARACTERISTICS

Depending on the material chosen (aluminium, steel, coated steel, stainless steel), the following variations may occur:

Mechanical phenomena

► Springback of the metal after bending

► Slight surface waviness

► Flatness variation

Surface phenomena

► Micro-scratches from handling

► Slight colour differences between painting batches

These phenomena are inherent to the industrial process and cannot be considered a defect.

Article 05

INSTALLATION

Before installation, the client or installer must:

► Check the dimensions

► Carry out a dry assembly

► Adjust the supports if necessary

On-site installation requires normal adjustments (cutting, crimping, overlapping, sealing).

Any part that has been installed, modified, cut or used is deemed accepted.

Article 06

CONTRACTUAL VALUE

Validation of an order on SuissePliage.ch constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these tolerances.

No claim may be accepted for deviations within the values stated in this document.
