These tolerances apply to folded sheet metal parts manufactured by SuissePliage for sheet thicknesses up to 6 mm, unless a specific requirement is confirmed before ordering.

The values below reflect normal industrial folding constraints: material springback, sheet flatness and surface finishing. A deviation within these values is not a manufacturing defect.

1000–1999: ±2.5 mm · 2000–4000: ±3 mm

Lengths and angles
Lengths:
100–499: ±0.5 mm · 500–999: ±1 mm
1000–1999: ±1.5 mm · 2000–2999: ±2 mm
3000–4000: ±2.5 mm

Angles from 45° to 180°: ±1°30'

Material and installation
Springback, slight waviness, handling scratches or colour differences between coating batches may occur. Before installation: check dimensions, dry fit and adapt supports when needed.
