Part 01

⚒ BRACKET INSTALLATION

1. Nettoyer la surface sur laquelle seront fixées les couvertines

Remove dust, rubble and loose parts. The surface must be clean and sound before any fixing.

2. Placer l'angle de couvertine, puis tracer les extrémités

Position the coping angle at the end. Mark with a pencil the bracket locations along the parapet.

3. Positionnement des supports

Position the grooved brackets according to the markings. Check alignment and plumb before drilling.

4. Perçage des supports et du mur

Drill through the bracket and wall simultaneously with a bit suitable for the material (concrete, block, brick).

5. Installation des chevilles et vissage

Insert the anchors into the drilled holes. Firmly fix the grooved brackets with stainless screws.

💡 Practical info — Grooved bracket spacing

► Every 1.50 m for copings of 3 m in length

► Every 1.00 m for copings of 2 m or less

🏠 COPING INSTALLATION

6. Clipsation de la couvertine

Engage the coping on the first bracket starting from one end. Clip firmly onto each grooved bracket until it clicks into place. Use a rubber mallet if needed to avoid deforming the piece.

7. Pose d'une seconde couvertine

Position the second coping ensuring sufficient overlap with the first (minimum 30 mm recommended). Check alignment before clipping onto the next brackets.

8.1 Ajout d'une éclisse extérieure

Place the external splice at the junction between two copings to ensure waterproofing and conceal the expansion joint.

8.2 Ajout d'une éclisse intérieure (alternative)

Alternative to the external splice: inserted inside the profile for a more discreet appearance from the outside.

9. Ajout des embouts de finition

Finish the ends with closure caps to prevent water infiltration and insect entry. Snap into place until fully engaged.

Part 01
