Technical constraints are integrated in the configurator to prevent the creation of parts that cannot be manufactured on our equipment. They define the minimum and maximum bending dimensions, as well as achievable angles.

Minimum edge dimension

Variable depending on material and thickness.

Minimum angle

We cannot produce a bend below 45°.

Crushed bend

Variable depending on material and thickness.

Inter-bend dimension

Variable depending on the edge bend configuration.

Maximum part length

Maximum length varies depending on the selected material.
