GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Article 1

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "the Customer").

SuissePliage.ch (hereinafter "the Customer").

any natural or legal person placing an order via the website www.suissepliage.ch (hereinafter "the Customer").

Article 2

NATURE OF PRODUCTS

SuissePliage.ch offers:

▸ Standardised bent sheet metal parts

▸ Building sheet metalwork elements

▸ Metal cladding for facades and roofs

▸ Custom metal parts manufactured to client-supplied dimensions

The majority of products offered are custom-made items produced specifically to the client's specifications.

Article 3

ORDER

The order is deemed firm and final upon:

No technical verification of the project is carried out by the Seller, except for services explicitly invoiced as a technical study.

Article 4

CUSTOM MANUFACTURING — NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with commercial practice and the nature of individually manufactured products, no custom order can be cancelled, returned or refunded.

Products manufactured to client-supplied dimensions are considered personalised goods.

Article 5

MANUFACTURING TOLERANCES

Products are manufactured to the standard tolerances of industrial sheet metalwork:

Variations due to the industrial process, material, thermal expansion or production runs cannot constitute a defect.

The RAL colour is indicative. Slight shade differences may appear between painting batches.

Article 6

PRICES

Les prix sont indiqués en francs suisses (hereinafter "the Customer").

The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products are invoiced at the rate in force at the time of order.

Article 7

PAYMENT

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Available methods: bank card, bank transfer, other methods offered on the site.

Article 8

LEAD TIMES

Lead times stated on the site are estimates and do not constitute a firm commitment. A delay in manufacturing or delivery cannot give rise to order cancellation, penalty or compensation.

Article 9

DELIVERY

Delivery is made to the address indicated by the client. The client must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt.

Any transport damage claim must be:

▸ noted on the carrier's document

▸ accompanied by photos

▸ reported within 48 hours

Without written reservation at delivery, the goods are deemed accepted.

Article 10

LIABILITY AND INSTALLATION

SuissePliage.ch sells only metal elements. The Seller assumes no responsibility for design, dimensioning or installation.

Responsibility for product compatibility with the building, waterproofing, fixing and safety rests entirely with the installer and/or client.

Article 11

DEFECTS

Any modification or installation cancels the possibility of a claim.

Article 12

WARRANTY

The warranty covers only the replacement of a product recognised as defective. No coverage of labour, dismantling, site downtime or operating losses.

Article 13

FORCE MAJEURE

The Seller cannot be held responsible for events beyond its control: supplier failure, transport, fire, material shortage, strike, natural disaster.

Article 14

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Plans, configurators, visuals, 3D files and calculation tools on the site remain the exclusive property of SuissePliage.ch.

Any reproduction or commercial use is prohibited without written authorisation.

Article 15

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

Swiss law is applicable.

The place of jurisdiction is at the Seller's registered office.
